Had high hopes that this would fit and work properly. I have a Ariens rider. The mulch blades fit and seem to work fine...it's the discharge cover that I have a problem with. It's obviously a universal fit piece, because it doesn't fit the discharge hole on my deck well at all. Matter of fact, after I installed this PIECE (oh and it's made to fasten to the deck with pre-installed bungee cords ...yes bungee cords), I had to add a few strips of duct tape around the gaps because grass and debris were shooting up right at me. Not sure if there is an alternate product available, but if there is, by all means try something else besides this. I 100% do NOT recommend this item.
I am so glad for my mulch kit. I have 2 ; 1/2 acres and nothing looks worse than grass everywhere.
So far my mulch kit has been a blessing. Thank you Amazon for having it here :-)
